What we collect
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregate traffic. GA4 may set cookies and process pseudonymous identifiers, approximate location (country/region), device and browser type, referring pages and pages you view. We do not collect names, email addresses or payment data on this site. Affiliate purchases happen entirely on doTERRA's own websites, under their own privacy policy.
Legal basis
Your consent under GDPR Art. 6(1)(a). Analytics only load after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you decline, GA4 is not loaded and no analytics cookie is set. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser storage, which brings the banner back on your next visit.
Retention
GA4 retains user-level data for up to 14 months. Your consent choice is stored locally in your browser for 12 months, then the banner reappears.
